Group Mat Pilates

HoliBodi Group Mat Pilates is where community and movement meet. These classes are designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness through controlled, intentional Pilates exercises — all done on the mat, using your own bodyweight and small props.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover, every class is layered so you can work at your own level. Expect a blend of core work, mobility, breath, and full‑body conditioning that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.
