The face behind HoliBodi Club
Founder & Director of HoliBodi Club
Holly Page is the founder of HoliBodi Club and a nationally accredited fitness professional whose career spans military instruction, national gym chains, boutique studios and successful business ownership. A hybrid athlete with experience in triathlons, half marathons and military special operations training, Holly brings a rare blend of endurance, strength and resilience to her coaching philosophy.
Her passion for movement began in childhood, inspired by her mother — a personal trainer who later became chronically ill. After five years bedridden and without answers, she was eventually diagnosed with Lupus and POTS. Through science‑based training and relentless determination, she rebuilt her strength, completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, and is now pursuing a Master’s in Exercise Physiology. Her journey shaped Holly’s purpose: to help people of all abilities reclaim their health, especially those navigating misunderstood or complex conditions.
Holly is currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science with aspirations to pursue a PhD, driven by a desire to better understand chronic illness, human performance and long‑term wellbeing. Living with autoimmune conditions herself, she has used evidence‑based training, nutrition and lifestyle strategies to reverse many of her symptoms. Her philosophy is simple: no one gets left behind. Fitness should be accessible to every body — from elite athletes to beginners, to those managing illness, injury or physical limitations.
This belief aligns with the origins of Pilates itself. Joseph Pilates created the reformer for hospital patients who could not walk, using resistance‑based rehabilitation to rebuild strength from the ground up. HoliBodi Club honours this legacy by offering training that supports every individual, from ages 0 to 100, backed by qualified professionals and evidence‑based programming.
Holly’s career has taken her across more than 50 locations in Australia, giving her exceptional networking skills and deep industry insight. She has taught every major modality — HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Boxing, CrossFit, Stretch, EMS technology and more — and has managed high‑performance studios, national gym chains and boutique fitness spaces. She became a fully qualified Personal Trainer in 2018, then joined the Australian Defence Force as an Aircraft Technician and Military Fitness Instructor, coaching personnel across all ranks.
After leaving the military, Holly continued expanding her expertise, working in hybrid Pilates‑strength studios, managing Anytime Fitness, and running a SpeedFit EMS studio in Fremantle — one of the highlights of her career.
The name holibodi comes from Holistic Body and Holly Body — a fusion that reflects both her personal story and her mission. She wanted every member to feel like they belonged to something meaningful, so holibodi naturally evolved into HoliBodi Club: a community, not just a gym.
In 2026, Holly expanded the brand further with the launch of HoliBodi Activewear, featured in the Area Newspaper and strengthening the business as both a fitness service and lifestyle brand. She is also an AUSactive‑accredited Fitness Professional Member, allowing clients to claim eligible services through private health insurance, and she serves as an ambassador and facilitator for the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, mentoring the next generation of fitness professionals.
Today, Holly’s vision for HoliBodi Club is clear: to unite Health, Strength Training and Pilates in perfect harmony, creating a balanced, sustainable and results‑driven approach to fitness — and to build a supportive, empowering community that grows across Australia. A movement space for every body, every ability and every stage of life.
